Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ft888 platform and all its services. By creating an account or using our services on ft888, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

1.2 — Identity Verification

Please note: Operating an account with false information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1 — Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ft888 is ৳300 (for each payment method). Deposits may only be made through approved methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

2.2 — Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the original deposit. Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

2.3 — Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. ft888 reserves the right to place transactions on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

If evidence of money laundering or any other illegal activity is found, the account and funds will be seized.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 — Welcome Bonus Terms

New members at ft888 are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000
Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total ৳47,000

The bonus is awarded only once per account. Attempting to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being terminated.

3.2 — Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. The wagering amount is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

There is a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement. If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

3.3 — General Bonus Rules

ft888 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they are only usable as gaming balance.
If unusual betting patterns are detected while using a bonus (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same outcome), the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
VIP members receive additional weekly cashback benefits — at varying rates across different tiers from Bronze to Platinum.

Gaming Rules

4.1 — Casino Games

All casino games available at ft888 are developed by reputable software providers and operate through fair Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results.

If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that game will be refunded. If the connection is lost during a game, the result saved on the server will be considered final.

4.2 — Sports Betting

Odds for any event in the sports betting market may change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be void and the stake will be refunded.

Note: For incomplete matches, a result may be deemed valid if a sufficient amount of play has taken place. Details are specified in the rules for each sport.

Prohibited Activities

5.1 — Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ft888 platform:

Creating or operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using software or other methods.
Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play.
Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

Coordinated betting across multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to play.
Spreading false information that damages the reputation of ft888.
Attempting to breach the cybersecurity of the platform.

Consequences: If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 — Account Closure by ft888

ft888 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Clear evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to cooperate.
Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
An account has been inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, a process will be followed to return any valid balance, subject to the completion of any applicable investigation.

6.2 — Account Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. After the request is submitted, the account will be closed once any active odds and ongoing bets are settled.
